Site Inspection

Sebelum ni i selalu g site briefing je which is very2 simple and very fast. Briefing dgn contractor apa2 yang perlu depa tau pasal site condition sblm masuk tender..tu je. Tapi sejak2 i di lantik menjadi salah seorang drp safety committee member, i need to do site inpection at any of our on going project just to ensure that our contractor is comply with GMB safety requirement..kiranya cam spot checkla...

So we decided to go to one of our biggest project which about 14km length at Banting together dgn our Safety Exec..Bila dh smpai site baru tau camana contractor buat kerja and how they lay the pipes along the road through out to our customer..its new experince to me sbb selama ni tau teori je so bila duk ada kat site baru nampak real conditionnya..betapa susahnya nak lay pipe especially bila this area is kawasan perkampungan kiri kanan jalan adalah rumah2 atau pun kebun penduduk. tapi b4 they started the job, semua penduduk sudah dimaklumkan dan i difahamkan penduduk kampung kat situ siap buat kenduri kesyukuran..tumbang lembu sekor..
yela.. mentallity org kampung, surela takut..kut2 la tetiba gas meletup ke kat area rumah dieorg..tapi we already brief sume penduduk dan dieorg pun faham...

sebelum buat inspection..we all meeting dulu..siankan meeting pun kat kedai kopi..nak buat camane..dah projek dlm kampung..

inilah rupanya site condition yg i visit..sebelah tu betul2 rumah one of the penduduk kampung..

masa i datang contractor tgh repair HDD machine tu ade leakage yang membuatkan dieorg terpaksa stop sekejap

nila dia rupa pipe gas..warna hitam..so sepanjang 14km akan tertanam pipe gas ni

Finding drp inspection yang i and my team buat adela bebrapa factor yg contractor kena improve dan observe..untuk memastikan keadaan persekitaran selamat..dekat setengah hari gakla i buat inspection and by the time nak balik off tu hujan pun turun nasib masa kat site tak ujan kalo tak confirm mak basah..

sebelum balik harus posing dulu...wink..wink..
